FunFit4Life offers high intensity interval workout training sessions for small groups (minimum 3 maximum 8). We can come to your work place, your garden, your house, the beach or location of your choice at a convenient time for you.
Maybe you are looking to have some personal training but are unable to budget for one to one sessions. Group sessions are more affordable but still offer the personalised training to achieve correct technique and ensure you are being pushed to the limit.
If you are unable to form a group, you could join one of our small groups, a great way to meet new people and be part of something whilst getting into the best shape of your life.

More personal attention: In smaller groups, your Personal Trainer is far more able to see and correct each class member whereas in larger groups the Personal Trainer may not always be able to check each individual's technique.
